An immersive sound bath at the new Monument to Listening sculpture in Tom Lee Park, hosted by the Urban Art Commission.
I’m excited to team up with the Urban Art Commission once again to host an immersive sound bath, this time at the newly completed Tom Lee Park's A Monument to Listening sculpture.
We invite you to join us from 6pm-7pm for the healing vibrations and soothing sounds of quartz crystal bowls to help you rebalance your energy, settle into the present moment, release and find ease.
You’re encouraged to wear any of the colors of the 7 chakras (energy centers): red, orange, yellow, green, blue, indigo, or violet.
